12 South

12 South is a recent addition to Nashville. It is an up and coming area to live that has unique boutiques, restaurants, and more. The neighborhood has a very cool and distinct vibe and everyone is very friendly. Between all of the boutiques lining the streets on both sides, there's something for everyone.

If vintage shopping is what you're looking for, than look no further than Savant.
Savant is a small vintage boutique but has no shortage of merchandise.

Inside Savant you can find anything from clothes, accessories, jewelry, and even more.

The shop is lit with lots of chandeliers and string lights which gives a distinct impression of cool and hip while merchandise is hung from the ceiling and continues down to the floor.

Also in 12 South you can find MODA. 

At MODA you can find some really trendy pieces along with classic staples you need for any wardrobe. The store has a great selection of quality jeans as well.

You can find some great name brands in the store along with beautiful jewelry up at the counter.

If you're thirsty after all your shopping, right next door to MODA is The Frothy Monkey

Inside the Frothy Monkey are an array of coffees, food, and even some local beers on tap.

The setup is small booths and tables with artwork lining the wall with the information about the piece and the price. They also have a wifi bar available. There is a small section near the counter where you can buy coffee mugs, t-shirts; they make great gifts, whether you're a local or just visiting the area.

Along with these places are several more boutiques, restaurants, a Popsicle shop, and a yoga place.

12 South is a great area to visit if you're visiting the Nashville area, and if you're local it is still worth the trip to walk around for a few hours and see all of the unique shops and restaurants that are available in the neighborhood.
